Designed by architect Emanuele Boaretto for scuba diving and underwater photo shoots, the rectangular pool has caves and ledges reaching down to 12 meters (39 feet), as well as a cylindrical tube that reaches 40 meters down (131 feet) and is used for deep-water diving practice.

The pool is located at the Hotel Millepini Terme in Montegrotto Terme.  Guided dives can be reserved on the hotel’s website. Leisure swimmers can explore the pool’s main area and platforms without swimming out of their comfort zone, while more daring divers can don diving gear without needing a wetsuit, as the pool is heated to a warm 32 degrees Celsius (89.6 degrees Fahrenheit). A glass tube that runs through the pool, as well as underwater windows, allow visitors to peek inside the pool without getting wet.

This might just be the coolest pool in the world!
